I'm 21 and a culinary student.
I have an AA in Business Administration, and decided to get a certificate as a cook just for the training and experience, plus it's what i like.
I plan on working as a cook and working my way up once i graduate in a year, and eventually opening up my own restaurant. Luckily for me my dad is a Doctor, and he can help me out with the finances because culinary school ain't cheap
I also make custom fishing rods, repair rods and reels as a side job in my house. It pays for my gas, insurance, phone bill, and then some every month.
