Decision made....no.....srsly, I finally settled on one. 
03 ZHP 330i, 6sp(yeah yeah.....I know what I said before) in Orient Blue with Alcantara/cloth int with now 76k miles. Thanks to Roberto and the lil lady for answering some questions/listening while I was looking/purchasing the car. Also, to Webster for trying to talk me out of it, lol, but really trying to help as always!
Needs a little loving here and there but overall it is in excellent shape for the age of the car.
