STOLEN Valve Caps and I FOUND the A$$HOLE who took them!!

Hey guys, well I haven't done anything yet. I keep getting stuck in traffic on i10 so by the time I get into the HCC parking lot I have to run my *** to class so I'm not marked absent! I haven't spotted his car all last week as I'm guessing he parked somewhere else. Imma try to get there early tomorrow in hopes I catch him when he's pulling up!
