:think: - I've never had to dispose of one since I've worked there... We have a spot for old UPS's so I guess I could put it in there. But my dad said he'd handle it.

Yeah she didn't even realize it. Crazy to think that's on your lap.
 
It’s just a decent risk of fire once they expand like that

If it's anything like a mechanic shop with air bags you just detonate them an throw them out.
 
@webby - saw this today (not my employers IT rack)

Edit: at the bottom there is multiple patch panels and a switch down there!
