Does your work have a way to dispose of the bad one?

- I've never had to dispose of one since I've worked there... We have a spot for old UPS's so I guess I could put it in there. But my dad said he'd handle it.

If it's anything like a mechanic shop with air bags you just detonate them an throw them out.
