9thcivic.com Dragon Meet: Official Registration Thread

That would suck to get a ticket out there, looks like driving will be slow and boring in September

You just have to know when to push the limits/your luck... Just like any other road you want to go faster on..

You'll learn fast...it won't always be slow unless you have a n00b in front of you...or a freakin car/bike that won't move the hell over

looking forward to it. Just ordered yellow JDM bulbs for my fog lights, and looking at replacing break, turn, running, and back up lights to LEDs. Has anyone had any problems with switching out to LEDs? Like error codes or anything? Not sure if the new Civic's have CAMBUS monitoring or not.

I thought Keith's Radar detector kept going off because they were hiding in the woods/trees somewhere... Hmmm...

if they were hiding in the trees during the night runs, I'd probably have about $5,000 worth of speeding tickets in that weekend :bricks:

That video showed us going the speed limit. My speedo is off by about 30. I need to zoom in a little next time. Can't wait to drive again.

I hate getting stuck behind sport bikes that think they are going fast and won't pull over.

yea you were only in 1st gear the whole time in that video, and I never hit boost

I could just see a Si running it decked out like a Rally Racer with all those lights, pull up behind some hill-billy and he'll think it's the aliens again come to gove him another probing:turbobananapoke:

Time to start pricing lights and figure out how to mount them to my Civic....lol
Just changed mine out for hir bulbs. Much improved, especially the high beams. Still not as good as the hellas on the bimmer

I marked locations of police that I have seen running radar. My detector just talks to me to let me know when I am approaching the marked locations
