Friend of mine gave me this bike without wheels. Ordered some parts last week that should arrive today. Single speed!

I'm guessing in the 2k area probably. I'm 37 so taking jumps might not be a good idea.

That will get you something decent. I spent around $1800 for my Giant dual suspension a few years ago. More than I need, so would prevent me from upgrading parts or a new bike all together, lol. Need to ride it more on trails, lol.....

Sold the marin to my friend. He bought the same bike in 29er and the same colour so now his wife has a matching bike. Lol.

There is a local shop that caries almost nothing but Rocky Mountain bikes. The owner swears by them

nice components....but shocked they aren't using Fox rear shock and front fork for that kind of money.

If you look up Roberts creek or just sunshine coast bike trails there are a lot and right above where I'm living.NiceProbably have really nice places to ride!

Ah. We 3k full suspension is pretty budget. I wouldn't expect a fox shock on it.

I did a thing and spent a bit more than expected. Specialized status 160. It was
$200 more than the rocky I was thinking of getting and has a lot nicer components.its also a mullet.

Went on the trails twice this weekend. Son needs a better bike and I need a bike carrier. Putting all that in the back of a car is not fun.
