Oh I get it. On a normal naturally aspirated motor it shouldn't be a problem then right. Say I wanna try power shifting and actually use the rev limiter.Should, could, does, but when you're spinning the motor at 26psi and clutch in before letting off the throttle it'll overrev, guaranteed. It has to do with the momentum of the rotating assembly, the rev limiter will cut fuel, but it can't put the brakes on your crank shaft lol

But if you tune to not lose any midrange torque don't these k24s run out of breath between 6500 and 7k?The benefit is being able to stay in power for more mph in each gear.
I mean will I still see gains with a reflash and intake. I didn't mean to be confusing. I'm only going to get an intake and catback and it's a lease so the flashpro may be too much. I was hoping that ill still see gains with the reflash and not have the ecu revert itselfyour options? You can go stock, the hondata reflash, or the hondata flashpro. Reflash is a set tune that you cannot alter. Flashpro will let you customize the tune based on almost endless factors.
If its a lease then the flashpro would be more beneficial. That way before turning it in you can go back to the stock tune.I mean will I still see gains with a reflash and intake. Not to mention you can sell the flashpro unit if you decide to turn in your vehicle. If its a lease then the flashpro would be more beneficial. That way before turning it in you can go back to the stock tune.
FlashPro all the way.
