Little update fellas so PRL now has my motor they are doing a complete long block build that will be rated at 1000hp.
Just some mods being done:
The head will be completely rebuilt with supertech
Manley turbo tuff I-beam rods
CP Pistons
Darton sleeves
Custom ARP studs
K20a2 oil pump
Garret GTW3884 turbo
Competition twin disk clutch
ID2000
PRL fuel return system
Just to name a few things, cannot wait to get this car back on the road...goal is to make over 700whp and to run a 1/4 et of 10.5 or faster which PRL and I believe will be more then doable with this setup.
This is going to be a great year for 9ths!

Whats the trans rebuild looking like? New gears? Carbon syncros?

Trans is being rebuilt with gear X 1-4th drag kit. Keeping oem synchros as I've heard nothing but negative things about syncrotech's Carbon ones.

I havent had any issues yet with my carbon lined syncros in my project. Then again i'm not pushing 400 whp or drag racing the car.
