Inject upper torque mount (dog bone). And paint it black or plasti-dip it. I did it on my FG2, but it is the same concept with the 2012 Si's.

Shifting is improved by a ton.

Inject? With what? How?

Whoops. I wasn't specific on that part. Inject the dog bone with window weld. It will limit the engine from shaking during throttle. I used a high heat resistant silicone seal that seems to be as effective as the window weld.
