I dont know what real-estate is like where everyone else is but it's getting out of hand where I am.
Bought my house almost 3 years ago for 530k. 3+1 bed 3 bath. Finished basement including cement driveway and back patio.

Contractor that build my house and 3 others including the one he lives in on the same street has two more lots on it. Currently advertising to build a 3 bath 2 bed unfinished basement for 850k! Same square footage as mine at 1750.

So if thats 850k my house with extra cement in the back, vinyl fence and finished basement with an extra room should be 1million.
