Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

So I go downstairs to work out just now and hear a humming noise from my sump pump. Go and take a look and the floor was warm. The water was steaming hot in the hole. Why does my brand new house keep doing stupid ****. ( tankless water heater kept shutting off due to flame rod, basement ceiling flooded two years ago , exhaust hose outside fell off )

Took the pump off the pipe plugged it in. Turned it on. Still humming. So I submerged it in the hole with water and turned it on. This thing moved water fast. I made a huge mess.

Put it all back together and it works fine. There's some dirt in the pit. I'll have to clean that out.

Guten Tag!

McDonald's... 'eh

How was it?

Damn! That's what I worry about whenever we get a house. I'm not a handyman.

i think you either learn to be handy quick, or learn the good contractors #s

ive spent more time up in an attic since buying than ever, running wires and figuring out how to get the hvac to cool my office

Severe lack of urgency... let me just film what’s going on and not shut the water off?

Something that’s cool with “smart home” tech are smart water sensors and smart water main shutoffs. If a sensor gets water on it, the sensor can talk to the main water valve and shut the valve off. No flooding or water damage as a result.

Not as good as I was hoping! I had a craving for some pancakes but they didn't turn out so great

hash brown was good though! I'll have to find a new McDonalds once I'm low cause that parking lot is going to be a challenge

There is a place on the way to my remote office that has good breakfast.
There is a place on the way to a few of my sites I support and they have a good breakfast sandwich :)

I wish I had a cool enough job that had "remote sites"

I just work in a dusty body shop :rotfl:
I believe last count I had 46 sites but I could be wrong. But some of those sites might only have a few devices (2-3 PC's/Shared Network Printer/ect).

I just watched a few YouTube videos of catless q300 9th gens. I think I may end up leaving leaving stock exhaust on. Seems like catless just causes drone no matter what. I may either replace just the tip on the stock muffler or try getting an aftermarket muffler made up in the stock diameter. I hate drone.

Straight pipe exhaust for my eg was $400 from a local muffler shop. I got it done before Cali got crazy with emissions. Still have it. Best sounding exhaust I’ve owned.
