Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

I mean... you can read tons of reviews and watch tons of videos but everyone is different...
Laying on it in a store does jack **** because they have been out there for a while and people sitting/laying on them makes them softer.
Yeah, when we got ours delivered it was a bit firmer than in the store and the dude said it was maybe 2 years old(the sample mattress).

Went to another store and it was a little firmer than the first store but not same as the one we got at home.

So it turns out the Civicx.com dragon meet is the weekend the wife and I are heading up there. After a little research it looks like about 15 peeps heading up there.

Not sure I want to pay the registration fee to maybe hang around for the dinner and prize giveaways since the weekend was supposed to be a small getaway for the wife and I before she starts traveling for work again.

Wife said she wouldn’t mind but you know how that goes…..lol

buddy of mine pointed out how much of our lives we spend sleeping and how it can impact so many of our waking aspects, the prices seem ridiculous but could be worth it. Also worth seeing what discounted options there are. The 11 year old mattress I'm using now was $400 because it was a special order of a $1800 mattress that ended up being the wrong color.... the mattress is white. I call it a win

:wavey:

anyone know any good ways to clean the stupid red inserts in our seats? I had a cooler in my backseat over the weekend that leaked water and now my back seat looks terrible

at most 50% dilution of woolite, probably would start even lighter like 20% since its red dyed fabric

i left a bottle of carwash soap on my passenger front seat for a week until i realized it was leaking. the red part is a ***** to clean and even water makes stains. i used this at work a few times and i can still see the soap stain.

Woolite and a knuckle brush maybe?

I’ve seen detail guys use these brushes on drills with a fabric/upholstery cleaner.

I’ll have to give these a go, I’ve tried the “Tuff Stuff” that you can get cause I’ve had some pretty great results but these stains are still visible. Now I’ve noticed a sweat stain in the passenger front seat from god only knows who.. maybe it’s time for some new confetti fabric to swap in place of the red inserts!

We have one of these at work and it’s been successful on plenty of interiors that get dusty from bondo or sitting with no doors or glass. These stains seem to be set in pretty deep somehow

Might have to get an extractor….

 lets hope not

Finally!!!

No breakfast or anything this morning.. might get a muffin from the vending machine

ive wanted to replace my seats since i got my cars for two reasons, red center stains and lumbar noise/notchy feeling but i also like air bags.

Thinking about ordering these from prolific.com over the winter. Gonna be around 500 Canadian plus duties.

ever since I saw Matt Farah’s mustang and 911 with the fabric patterns, I’ve been wanting to change the interior. I’ve even tried finding 12-13 Si seats since they’re all black

Damn. What kinda muffin?

chocolate chip :sadbanana:

Don’t do it…..it’s like whipping your arse with $100 bills and then lighting them on fire.

Stock light put out more light than crappy aftermarket lights.

^ that
