Fun day today. I’m busy with work stuff from 5:00 AM until 7:30 PM. No rest for the weary.

Driving 4 hours for training after work today. Then 4 hours back tomorrow with a wintery mix of rain, ice and snow. Should be fun.

True. But the more education I get through Chrysler the more money I can ask for.Niiice! That ain't a bad deal. But I'm sure you'd make more if you were working on vehicles at the shop but still.
Similar stuff here. Currently raining and will be snowing tomorrow morning. Not looking forward to work.Drive home should be interesting tomorrow. Freezing rain turns to 10 to 20 cm of snow. Right when I get to leave.

Feel like your customers are rich people that don't give a ****. Just want the **** fixed...First job of the day was a Steam Oven that was acting up. I asked the homeowner what was going on and he said he didn’t know and that his wife called for service before shrugging and walking away. Ok.. I’m gonna order a small piece of hardware that takes two months to get in.
Second job was a “Karen” who found it offensive when I suggested someone spilled something in her auxiliary fridge drawers that caused her gasket to pull out of place. She insisted it was some sort of adhesive from the unit even though it was a reddish pink.
Spot on. I’ve been here like fifteen years so besides being a “Senior” Tech I’m also a “Specialist” for a certain brand. Always an issue.Feel like your customers are rich people that don't give a ****. Just want the **** fixed...
I had to Google steam oven since I only have a regular oven. We have a Toaster Oven/combo deal. I've heard of air fryers but not steam oven lol
As for the Karen.... she probably spilled wine and you calling her an alcoholic. lol
