Why do corporations rely upon Dell almost exclusively? Everything I’ve had except for a short time in 2012-2014 has been Dell. That hiatus was with Lenovo, which seemed to be more reliable.

Dell is very aggressive about greasing palms for corporations to sign partnerships with them, as they're a reliable source of income. If you get a buncha workplaces to sign a deal with you for Enterprise-class machines, you have a secure stream of buyers with virtually no competition after a while.
Therefore, Dell machines don't even have to be good. I mean, they ship repair parts really fast, but that's almost hilarious in the face of their QC.

Yea, BC has replacements on their website
I was installing it and had someone else try to tighten up the nut on top and they sheared the damn thing
They went for 4 oogadooga's when Honda's only need 2
