A couple of great “hot hatches” were left out. I loath the trend of everything going to the CUV. Those crap boxes killed projects like the Focus RS and small sedans for several companies.
 
agreed. It would have been cool to see some additional cars like a wrx/sti, a vw gti/R, civic type r etc. Still interesting to see them drive them back to back to compare driving experiences

They had a hard time selling the 8th gen Mugen. A number of dealers had them sitting on their lots for a long long time. Some sat for years unsold. People wanted it to be more than just a cosmetic upgrade for the premium price. It was priced $8200 over the si in 2008 ($30k).

i wish the mugen wing looked good on the 9th gen sedan.
