Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

@ethlar - On the way to work this morning I saw a Polestar and saw it had "Uber or Lyft" LED in the front windshield.
Kinda expensive to use it as an Uber/Lyft vehicle.

honestly you can pick them up used in the low 30s and upper 20s now, if its a dual motor that a lot of car for that price

Been with my current work place for almost 2 years now. I was checking my pay cheque the other day and. Noticed they paid me for Thanksgiving holiday ( Canadian ) but they only paid me 8 hours for the day. I work flat rate and in Ontario ( as well as BC ) holiday pay is paid by using the average wages 4 weeks prior to the holiday. I also found out my last place wasn't paying this correct about 3 years in. They ended up paying me for lost wages for those 3 years.

I can understand the last place didn't know because they started paying flat rate just before I started but my new place has been flat rate for ever.

So, your pay should be a lot higher than 8hrs? What kind of hours should you actually get paid based on the prior 4 weeks?
