Braves are glad they have Turner Field. They're 30 games over .500. They're 51-20 at home - bests in the bigs. Otherwise, they're 37-38. Get those Braves away from home!

That's why I am hoping the have the best NL record if they don't get it you can probably count them out early.
 
Looks like another in a row, spare the Nats don't blow the 5 run lead. That would make 7 in a row and 24/33. Talk about a hot streak, just way too late for 'em Bravos.
 
Plus Cincy, Bucs and Cards are all losing ATM...let's go 4.5 GB of the WC!

Braves are looking bad in this game too. Alex Wood is a bad loser. I'm sorry. If you get pulled and you yell "f*** you" to the umpire, you deserve to be out of the game.

I can't fault wood. Bucknor is a shitty umpire. He called a worse pitch from Stammen to Uggla a strike. Wood was out of the game anyway. I woulda done the same thing.
 
Needed that win. Hope this gets the Braves fired back up. Shoulda clinched tonight but Kimbrel gift wrapped that first game for the Nats.
 
Off to see the AL West champs A's face off with the "we didn't finish in last" Mariners. Dreadful weather today so stadium will be domed.
 
Last day of the year for a lot of teams. WC for the American league can be interesting, very interesting. Three way tie with Cleveland loss and TB and Texas win.

I'm gonna be catching some live action once again of M's vs. A's.
