for a minute, I thought that was an Optiplex GX270 board.
Back when I started my job we had GX270's.

and that drive says it was manufactured in 2012. That drive may be fine, but they do have a read/write lifespan before they puke. Some people have mechanical drives die in a matter of a couple years, while others can last 10+.
