is that bracket a bracket or is that part of the block casing?

It's a bracket that is bolted on the side of the engine block. Initially, I thought it was a part of the engine. That bracket is part# 1 in the diagram. So I bought 1, 14, 8, 6, 13, 2 so far.

Would it make sense to change out the other pulley while your doing the work? And have some clearance? Not sure how many miles you have on the car.

78k-ish miles. The other pulleys seem fine. They don't make weird noises.
