Hmm that's weird, I thought your rear springs were making noise on bumps, not the fronts. I haven't had any issues with the fronts, just the rears.

Well the ball is in road magnets court. They requested the insulator invoice and I sent the wrong invoice over (I sent the actual spring invoice) at 10:29am and I got an almost immediate response at 10:32 from road magnets requesting the correct invoice (the $48 insulator invoice) which I sent over a few minutes later at 10:44am. I have yet to receive a response. They do respond quick when they're able to reply back with a reason why they don't want to give the refund. When they get specifically what they asked for, they don't respond quickly at all.
Oh and apparently only members of 9thcivic are having problems with the springs.
Consumer's Original Complaint :
I purchased a set of lowering springs from Road Magnet for my 2012 Honda Civic Si and their product does not fit properly. They are in the process of completely redesigning their product and no longer have it on the market so they have accepted that there is a problem with the fittment on the vehicle. I had to spend an additional $48 on parts, from the previous year of my vehicle (2011 Honda Civic Si), and that solved the problem. I am on a Honda forum and there are several other customers of Road Magnet who are in the same position as me. Currently Road Magnet asked me to wait for any type of refund/exchange while they completely redisign their product, I don't see how the customer should be made to wait while such changes are made to the product. An exchange or return of the springs would cost me at least an additional $200, since I have to pay for installation, so being reimbursed for the parts I had to purchase ($48) to solve the fitment problem, would be the easiest and best solution.

04/12/2012 WEB BBB RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE : Road Magnet Performance Springs
Dear Ms. Long:
We would like to respond to the complaint raised by Mr. *******. Mr. *******purchased a set of Road Magnet Lowering Springs for his 2012 Honda Civic Si on February 6, 2012. The 2012 Honda Civic Si Lowering Springs are a brand new product released by Road Magnet officially in January 2012.
After several sets of springs were sold to the public and shipped, a few customers reported fitment issues on a Honda Civic online forum (http://9thcivic.com) where the upper part of the rear springs were slightly larger than the upper spring seats on the vehicle. These were designed and tested on the Fox Marketing Honda Civic Si that debuted at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada, November 1, 2011-November 4, 2011. During the R & D process, Road Magnet ran into zero issues with the springs (fitment issues or otherwise) and Fox Marketing has also reported zero issues to date. A phone conversation between Brian Fox (the owner of Fox Marketing) and myself on March 27, 2012 confirmed that there were no issues with his vehicle. We had informed our customers through the forum and via email that we will redesign the rear springs and replace all of the rear springs ordered. A member of the forum figured out that they could purchase a spring seat directly from Honda (the 8th generation rear spring seats) and those seats solve the problem. Mr. ******* was apparently one of those that chose this option. To our knowledge, we have received no phone calls or emails from Mr. ******* requesting reimbursement for the spring seats. We are more than willing to refund Mr. *******'s $48 that he paid for the spring seats as long a proper sales receipts and documentation are provided. We will only be able to refund his money via PayPal, as that is the how he originally paid for his springs. If there are any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Alaina Dougherty

04/17/2012 BBB MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER :
The $48 receipt for the purchase of the rear upper insulators has been provided to Road Magnet per their request. I have no issue with receiving the refund via PayPal (the only method Road Magnet said is possible) since that was the original method of payment I used when purchasing the springs from Road Magnet. Awaiting PayPal refund.
Guess I assumed it would be since I opt. for the pre-assembled fronts?
