Mine was only 3M tape, but lots of tape though.

I used 3m tape and 2 bolts just incase. Didn't want it flying off going down the highway.

Spent the day working on the car, de-chromed the front, put in HIDs, put on the yellow fog overlays, and added the lip.

Just bought the gloss black overlay for the steering wheel to cover up the silver. It's being shipped tomorrow can't wait to have a fully black steering wheel.

not too sure to be honest. I'm putting an s204 lip on my 2014 lx. The excess just needs to be cut. real simple. lol

i honestly bought mine off amazon. lol. but you can find them on ebay and other sites as well. its meant for a subaru but it fits the 2013 & 2014 civic. there is just a little extra in the wheel wells that need to be cut off.
