haha. yeahIf you love it, do it. Besides it's nice to see someone using their car for normal life activities and not just slamming/hard parking it or taking it to the track/strip. It's a very versatile car. Definitely a different route than most take.
That said I actually kinda like the overall look. Hahaha also, love the reflection shot of you in the front bumper!
yeah no kayak. the kayak thing was a show off moment to everybody to show how well capable the civic is of being a daily driver and yeah we had a great time. cant wait till next month. its gonna be fun.So... you went to the river without your kayak? Im jk. Nice shots indeed.
thanks we had a great time. it was a tester to see how another member would like it. and it was a success and were gonna keep doing it. next month looking for a total of 8 members that could possibly show up.nice shots
Time to make a thread here and let people try to plan it out. More notice = more turnout.thanks we had a great time. it was a tester to see how another member would like it. and it was a success and were gonna keep doing it. next month looking for a total of 8 members that could possibly show up.
already got one. its the 9thcivic Georgia crew. I posted it on there. 6 people were going to go. but 1 didn't get back on the forum in time to see his messages, 1 had to work, 2 had family emergencies, so it was me and @d_illest23 . next month I got a good feeling about a great turnout of 8 or more turn out.Time to make a thread here and let people try to plan it out. I will once I get the details. and I had done that for this one it just wasn't public. it was a private chat thread. I got almost everyones response.I'm taking about the 2nd meet. You said it's going to happen again. That should be posted, so users know when/where etc
I should and will soon, #storm rules in Georgia!
Look there is Erik and a spot for storm? You should be here representing .....
You also have to realize that there are people from ga who read public threads, but haven't posted in here to associate with the "ga crew". Making it public is key.I will once I get the details. and I had done that for this one it just wasn't public. it was a private chat thread. I got almost everyones response.
I understand that with all respect. everyone needs to understand this was a research meet to see if it would work out. and it did so the next step is to go big and public. I don't want to look stupid and let this meet thing be boring and a fail. that's the reason why it wasn't public. You also have to realize that there are people from ga who read public threads, but haven't posted in here to associate with the "ga crew". like I said it was a test meet for people nearest to me and to some I know. the next is our true official meet for everyoneWhen you start sending out meet invites privately and other crew members find out that they didn't get an invite, but then you publicly post that others missed on this meet you didn't tell *the whole crew about* It can make others a bit irritated. Especially when you advertise it afterwards as a 9thcivic georgia crew meet.
well im truly sorry. I would have but I had been planning on really just doing a meet with me and @d_illest23 and @bobshur anyway. nobody else I was going to invite, so I threw some people with 9th gens in there. but hey your more than welcome to come to the next oneYou're not that far from me. I could have made it out. LOL
