The latter can be fixed with a resistor/occupancy mat. The prior has nothing to do with seats.

sums it up, but I'm sure @jrotax101 or @Nix has info they could add to the post. I know there have been some really serious injuries and deaths from those bars or aftermarket seatbelts
If you don't have fixed back seats, running a harness is silly and dangerous. (4points are unsafe)
To answer your question. No, I don't know where. If you want it for looks, go to a fabrication shop and ask them to make one.
I'd put my money towards a Recaro seat/s instead.

Ive been gone awhile now. but im back to tell you all what storm has been up to. Im a firefighter now and my car is my response vehicle. so i have red strobe lights. I work for Belmont Fire department in Belmont NC.
im a volunteer at belmont. but i am certified and to get that took about 3monthsCongrats on becoming a firefighter! I think we have another guy on here that is also a firefighter.

NEW INFO REGARDING ABOVE: im sending them back. i put the halogen bulbs back in and im going to get some simple Extreme Bright white halogen bulbs so i can have the color of LED. If anybody knows of any LEDs that actually work with our cars let me Know, I want somebody that has had a set for awhile too so i know i want get down the road and them blow my fuses again.bought these LED from OPT-7. they keep blowing my fuses. it has a built in canbus system and put the extra ecm capacitors on. but i put the ecm capacitors on after the honda dealer tried them out again and they blew a fuse before i tried them at home. so what should i do? Do you think the ecm capacitors will keep it from burning the fuses out? do i need to change the fuse to a lower amp or higher amp? HELP ME!! @Nix @webby @Pauly99to17

No low beams. And it was blowing both low beam lights. And yes it has a wire harnessI know nothing about that kit you bought. Does it run off a wire harness? What fuse was blowing? Were you running them as your high beams or?
