It is. I start Insanity in the a.m. The navy said I have to lose lbs or I'm out. So the goal is 30 by OC AWD meet. If that is the case and I manage it, this year will be the first time most of my legs will have seen daylight since 2007.

and I just ate a few minutes ago, difficult to unpaint that image in my head 
on a lighter note...who is attending the AWD meet this year?? It'll be here much quicker than the dragon meet so gotta make plans.
