Two explosions hit finish line of Boston Marathon

Won't let me listen to the scanner-_- I downloaded the app and all... Just says connecting forever

cnn reporter just said they saw a 2nd subject in handcuffs taken to a squad car...."dark hair/middle eastern looking" - how they described the person. They said another white male was taken into custody earlier. So they're saying 2 people are now in custody....
 
MSNBC is saying one is dead one is arrested.
 
The news is usually wrong though. Lol.

News say that the person who was arrested is not one of the two suspects from the Boston bombings.
 
The one they took into custody naked - supposedly released. One was killed,...second still on the run. They lost him in a foot chase, and are now allowing only swat into the area.

suspect still at large in watertown, telling citizens to NOT answer the door, and to call police if someone knocks
