cnn reporter just said they saw a 2nd subject in handcuffs taken to a squad car...."dark hair/middle eastern looking" - how they described the person. They said another white male was taken into custody earlier. So they're saying 2 people are now in custody....

The one they took into custody naked - supposedly released. One was killed,...second still on the run. They lost him in a foot chase, and are now allowing only swat into the area.

Been between CNN and FoxNews. Said chase began after cop was shot and killed at MIT.
