Hi everyone! My name's Vance, I joined about a year ago and have been wasting time on here ever since haha. So thought it was time to be cool and make a build thread! :D
Here's my 2012 LX coupe, which my roommate dubbed the "stealth fighter"

    Here it is currently:

Right after I brought it home the week before graduation! First car I've ever bought, but I couldn't even drive it at that point, didn't know how to drive stick!!

The sun got old, got those windows tinted REAL fast...

My first upgrade was an 8th gen Injen SRI 2012-09-14_18-18-26_212.jpg

    Stainless steel TWM shift knob
    2013-04-21_16-44-15_472.jpg

Put on a Tsudo cat-back in January
    2013-01-10_16-13-11_574.jpg

Saved up and finally got rid of the stock wheels, upgraded to 17x7.5 Motegi MR125 's, put em on this weekend

In case you didn't notice, I like the color black, so I plasti-dipped the emblems too! (excuse the dirt!)

Cool man! Looks good. R18 manual???? Dude, look into the jackson racing supercharger. With the manual you can even get the intercooled version.

Did mine in powdercoat. Definitely remove any factory coating that comes on the drum. It's generally all around the face. It will lift and rust under whatever you put on it. Also paint/powder the face of the drum. I did not do mine when I originally had it done. I am redoing the whole thing..

So I just got this Cobra XRS 9545 radar detector for my highway trips to and from school every weekend... From driving around town its working out pretty good, has a good range and not too many false alerts. Not really a mod but hey, it might save me some $!

So I finally got around to making an iMID wallpaper when I was supposed to be studying. It turned out pretty good!

How does that Cobra compare to the 8500 x50 passport?

Not really for sure, I just bought one that would get the job done. I never had one before either, but its alot cheaper than the passport
