Okay okay, so I've been attempting to cook somewhat lately. Okay-- Not really. This is that Bachelor/Trash-tier level cooking, where it's mostly pre-cooked items assembled into other things. 
Behold--
Freezer Taquitos, Rico's Nacho Cheese Sauce, Tajin Seasoning, and Nacho-Sliced Jalapenos all whipped into a Bowly-plate. I call them Nacho Taquitos.
They pair well with something citrus-flavored.

Went to a new steak house in our town. Called Epic Chophouse. They cook in a Pittsburg style where the put the meat in an 1800 degree broiler for a charred finished. It was good....
