is there a what you're having for lunch thread? My dinnar is always left overs / fast food cause I have no time to cook when I get home from work :(

farmers market curry, found eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers in my fridge and added chicken, and made quinoa to put it over
 
Made some chicken parm and mashed potatoes today. First time making chicken parmessan and it's way better than all the others ive eaten at restaurants... Considering i used canned tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella, the next one will be even better.

I made pizza. No pics tho.
 
Wanna make your own? This is good for one large pie (~16" diameter):

For dough:
-1 cup warm water
-3 cups bread flour (add more if dough is still sticky)
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp yeast
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1 tbsp olive oil

For pizza sauce:
-I use 'Cento' pizza sauce cuz I got lazy starting from scratch. You can also use 3 or 4 oz of tomato paste mixed with 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 tsp of salt.

For cheese:
-8oz of shredded mozarella or 3-cheese

Toppings:
-get wild with it.
 
I haven't had Poptarts in a long time though. :(
