What are you having for dinner?

im willing to cook if im there, dont wanna just do burgers and hot dogs though.

if they have grills and stuff at the lodge wed have to do some ribs and go all out slow cooking all day

I like white sauce from Halal Guys Chicken and Rice. :drooling:

It's a Halal cart @ NYC.
 
I honestly can't remember if there were grills or not ... not seeing it listed on their site :think:
 
Breads done! I wish i could provide a link so you all can smell my apartment right now. The big ones are being given away, the little ones for me since this was a new experiment and im not giving away new breads without trying it for myself.

Now the hardest part is letting the little one cool down before digging in
 
i might have to do that when the weather gets colder

I used to make them leave the soup outside of the loaf though...didn't want it to go soggy because i'm a slow eater.
Then I'd take the loaf to-go and load it with butter and jelly. heavennnnnn
 
All of that looks great. Just finished learning all the mother sauce and going over the different methods of cooking. Got to try some from each and it was all amazing.
We made chicken francaise today, showcasing the sautee method, and french fries showcasing the frying method. To the french frying = deep frying, sautee = pan frying.
