What are you having for dinner?

Tuna puttanesca, one of my favorites, tuna's been too expensive lately to buy it

I wasn't the biggest fan, but I still need to perfect it. Robert on the other hand seemed to really enjoy it.

Used Red Mills gluten free flour I grabbed from Costco in Colorado
Kroger chocolate soy milk
some egg whites (carton)
baking powder
sugar

haha thanks! Sure did go by fast! :D

They were chicken breast halves...so I cut off the the ribs part and put it underneath for drippings, etc in case I decide to make a sauce with it. Down there are also shallots, onions, lemon juice, moscato, seasoning, olive oil and carrots
 
Slow cooked it seems. It makes the meat so juicy. :drooling:
