Due to Memorial Day being on Monday (we had steaks as you can see pictured above) we moved our Monday Pasta Night to last night 
Penne Pasta w/ onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a little bit of garlic. Oh and a beer to wash it down
