you gotta start with small/easy recipes and just build up from there.
 
The lady made chicken Marsala last night....won’t be on the regular rounds. Kinda bland.

Due to Memorial Day being on Monday (we had steaks as you can see pictured above) we moved our Monday Pasta Night to last night :giggle:

Penne Pasta w/ onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a little bit of garlic. Oh and a beer to wash it down :)
