My buddy went fishing over the weekend and hooked it up with blue fin tuna. We seared it today and I made a burrito wrap. Everyone make fun of me cause I eat tortillas with every meal. Chopped up some tomatoes from the garden, avos and romaine. Little salt pepper, olive oil and balsamic. Rice. And always a tad of fuhgettaboutit. had my uncle over for dinner. Said it was the best fish he’s ever had and I’d have to agree.

Had some sushi from the local place. It was pure heaven for the few minutes it took for me to inhale everything. Sorry about the messiness -- The teriyaki spilled in the bag and got on the napkin.
