This deserves a meme!

Flipped the front license plate. Luckily there were no holes.

Very nice pic! One thing intrigues me, where's he licence plate? And if you removed it I fail to see any hint that it was there :)
yeah i know lol. I was very strict with the guy i bought the car from. I told him i would not sign to pickup the car if the front plate was on. It would honestly have been a decider. If the front plate was drilled i simply would have gone else where... and i was VERY clear with him about that. I usually take the front plate off in car shows, when taking pics, when it's warm out (because bugs) and when i feel like it. I keep it in the trunk with the bolts i use, so every time i get pulled over, i tell the cop it's not in my front window because i was waiting to get home to put it on because of my arthritis. And pretend that i don't have a socket (even tho i do). I usually don't put it on at all because i find that it ruins the front of the car.. but there are cases that i'll leave it on... like so

usually off tho...

I do, but I definitely like your approach :) I lived in Gatineau for a long while and a car looks natural to me with back plate only, really curious why they insist on having two. The sportier the car the more annoying it is.
could not agree with you more!! Cope don't usually mind. Then again, if you drive without rear plates you get charged. Front plates are less important.

I always keep them on and try to keep appearance as stock as possible since I drive "enthusiastic" to say the least and I want to keep a low profile in case I get pulled over. Worked for me two times already. I always try to stay in legal limits but that is not as easy as it sounds ;) Never do anything dumb though, I drive slow in crowded areas and wherever pedestrians exist but some corners speak to me in irresistible ways.
