This ^ the removal is always the difficult part!
Especially if it is your first time. Big learning curve on top of trying to find the best way to get at certain nuts and bolts, constantly climbing out from under the car for ANOTHER socket or extensions, or simply taking a breather due to frustration.

Plus, if it's too tight it defeats the purpose. The spring is supposed to have room to flex. It's a possibility I have it too loose though.

I hope to get under there and check everything out this weekend.
On a factory spring bolt the bolt itself should have a flange that bottoms out on the exhaust flange it's screwing into while giving the spring the correct amount of room still.

Oh, I get what you mean now.

Now that I think about, I'm pretty sure I only used the factory springs with longer bolts, so it's a good possibility they are tight enough.

What I'm going to do first is take the springs out all together and see if the noise stops. If does, I'll then worry about putting them back on in a manner that they will not make any noise.

I believe u, I wish I could have helped u if u were nearby would have made things funner lol.

This is definitely one of those installs where a lift would have been nice as opposed to crawling around under a car on jack stands. Fitment isn't perfect. I had to bend one of the hangers, but it is still too close/touching the undercarriage I believe. The biggest problem was the flanges are not quite big enough or the weld bead was just too wide. It made tightening one of the bolts a pain. I am really not sure if it is tight enough either, but I felt like I was going to completely round the nut if I kept trying to tighten it.

Funny...no offense squiggs but it seems like everyone think full-race is the best because they're the most expensive or well-known, but my cheap foreign Tsudo exhaust and cheap ultimate racing downpipe fits perfectly.
