So far its just dye. Not sure how it will react to this fabric. So far its giving a blackish purple hue, gonna dye it again and see if it would be black entirely without staining.

Not sure if it will work yet. It doesnt come off in high temp water but it comes off when rubbed really hard wet or dry (which we cant have that). Gonna try some other things

maybe adding a scotchguard spary from a can would "seal it" sort of?

That might work, as good as it repels against stains and liquids from the fabric. It should repel us from the dye.

If this doesnt work, Im gonna wrap it in black fabric. It has something to do with the oem fabric preventing the die. and im guessing it is made with a % of polyester.

So dyeing didnt work out. So I moved on to Plan B. This is what I have so far.

After a few hours of tedious work (breaks and websurfing lol) I finished the armrest and installed. Turned out pretty nice but the color doesnt flow well yet since its on a grey center console. Gonna try to start painting this weekend to balance it out. Also going to do my door armrest the same to have that even as well.

Yea, its, really a sore eye when you can see them in the daytime. I tried to hide mine including tinting them with VHT so its not visible and wouldnt be to bright at night either.
You can get the refresh rear bumper from sedan or coupe
Yeah but I would need more than the bumper. I wouldn't mind the Asian spec 2012 trunk lid
