Nice! what made ya get an STi?

It's true, today, I left the Subaru family
was........
fresh off the dealer lot this morning..........
Go take a test drive, that'll say all that needs to be said. Hehehe. Why is everyone wanting to jump on the ST bandwagon? Just wondering....

The FiST is not really about power. Sure it'll move you along at Civic Si speeds, but its really about handling. It turns and feels light doing it. The WRX was like trying to turn a fat woman away from a buffet
hahaha, well I've owned the car 27 hours so far, so it's hard to predict anything. HAHAHAHAH But I got the car for auto-x and since it will compete against Civic Si, base Mini, Volvo C30 and all generic cars, I'm planning on keeping it for a long time (no engine tuning) as I assume it will perform awesomely. Now saying that, I can't say what you'll like or not. You keep saying you want a RWD car, but you just had one and got rid of it. I'm pretty sure that you have said that you don't want a Mustang/Camaro, so not sure where you'll go.Keith, I know you had the WRX for a while, but how long do you think you'll own the ST? The only reason I wonder is that for me, the car might not have staying power because it's a fwd hatch, and many people can't get attached to a small hatchback like they would a sportscar or musclecar.
I just hope a few months later, I'll look at a BRZ (or even Mustang gt) and not kick myself for buying a 'more desirable' car for a bit more money.

correctSo Keith the FiST is a weekend/autox car right? You have a DD? Murano you said.
5.0 is fantastic - with the watts link rear end it doesn't feel heavy and sloppy. Camaro SS is fun, but prefer the 5.0. Challenger sucked balls 10x compared to the other two.I got rid of the G because it was using too much oil than I wanted to put in it every 3-4 weeks.
I plan on test driving a Mustang GT, seeing if they have any leftover 2014s or good used 2012/13s once the 2015 hits dealers, but I never drove a newer Mustang so I want to see if the car feels too heavy.
And no on the Camaro, I just don't like them, or the Challengers.
