Btw I threw in a rubber 3m thing for you to try. See if you like felt over the rubber or whatever. Shipped yesterday.

They came in the mail today....prob will install the tail light tint tomorrow.

The third pic gives you an idea of the tint on the vinyl. Install was a bit harder than I thought it was going to be. Not perfect but good enough....

Yeah....pretty subtle. I forgot that it did not cover the red section which would of looked cool a bit darker but the brightness of the brake light is not affected.


I liked both squeegees but the rubber one seemed to work better but it made creases in the vinyl a lot easier. The felt one was good for large areas and if you wanted to take your time a bit. Glad I had both.....thanks for sending both!

Hmm it's already lowered. Curious if it sits on springs or coils. The price is also low. When I was shopping for my Si I saw 2012 Si's going for $21k at local dealers.

I love that generation of M3, but maintenance cost can be sky high.

Yup....same price. The guy is now going to be stationed in Alaska and doesn't want to take it out there.

R32 is not that bad, but it's already 11 years old and I'm sure some parts will have to be replaced very soon.

Saw all that.....the bumper thing is new or at least he didn't list it when the car was up for sale 3 weeks ago. Can't really see anything on the pics but I have a friend that works on the base where the car is. Could get some eyes on it pretty easily.

I believe in NC I can just get a bill of sale from the Lein holder(his bank) and be ok to drive it home, as long as I have insurance. Some bank will give out a "release of lein" to go along with a bill of sale. Will need the title to register the car.


Still up in the air about this car.....would be fun but might get bitten in the butt with maint items that might pop up due to age.

Also, with the new Honda turbo motors upcoming....I would possibly jump into one of them, but that would be late 2016.
