2012 Lighting advice

Hey everyone. I have a 2012 Alabaster Silver Civic EX Sedan. It is currently bone stock but wanting to do a few little things to it. Budget is a big thing for me right now. I was wanting to do at least bulbs for now then move on to maybe fog light install. First question is using LEDs in the OEM reflector headlight housings a bad idea even if I make sure I adjust the beams? Is there anyway to get LEDs to work for my DRLs? Last is there a good OEM looking fog light kit I can install since I don’t have any fogs? Thank you all very much in advance for any advice you can give me.

Fog lights are very handy and easy to put on! I think the stock honda headlights are ok-just replace the blubs with better ones.:wave:
