Instrument color change

I want to change the color of my 2012 si speedometer and tach from red to green. I've had the panels apart and know the leds are part of the piece as a whole, so does anyone know where I can get the swapped or buy a retrofitted part?

Im pretty sure no one does this type of work. You would have to do it on your own......basically replace the LEDs with a different color LED.
