I have a 2012 Honda Civic si. I already have a after market intake, lowered suspension and complete exhaust system in it. I am now looking to boost it. I’m just looking for a little more hp and a great bov sound While I won’t go with an eBay turbo, and I am willing to drop some money into it, I’m not looking for somthing outrageous. I’m not sure what turbo kit I should put in it so
If I could get some suggestions and guidance is appriciate it.

prl, full-race, & makspeed make kits that are probably the most common

you'll also need tuning like hondata flashpro (~$700)(or it is sometimes an add-on available from the kit you buy) plus you'll need a custom tune

kraftwerks and ct engineering are the most common supercharger setups

all depends on what you want to spend, the power #'s you're after, and all that kind of stuff.

With intake and exhaust I'm assuming you already have a Hondata or other tuning solution. That being said....... The PRL is my choice for "complete system". But I still don't consider it complete. You ARE going to need a clutch & flywheel also. And I HIGHLY recommend a DYNO tune. I'm looking at total cost around $8,800 for my setup using Garrett GTX3071-R, 1050 injectors and an RBC.

I asked vit in my last tuning session what I wanted to do. Stage 2 Prl kit with clutch and flywheel and installing it myself he said be prepare to drop $9k. Pretty much dropped that plan... at least till next tax season.

Ever considered a SC?

I am waiting too for the same reason. right now I am trying to prep for installation of a turbo kit by buying all the small things that add up quick like the Clutch, flywheel, fuel injectors ect and not to forget mounts and the traction ball's. when I priced most of my stuff that I did not have the price got up to 7k with only the 5858 JB.

but good news is that it seems the price of the kits have gone down a tad bit. I noticed the Axion and K series pro will throw in a bundle from time to time.

Hate reading my quoted posts and seeing all my typo’s.

I’m hoping kit prices will come down sometime soon cause I need boost and don’t want to go into any debt on this car. Already have a neat rbc setup so don’t want to go the sc route either. Time will tell.
