Yes but what speed to they say you’re supposed to be getting?
105 a month for speeds up to 980down/880up. Was 5 dollars more a month than my previous 150/150.

The ping is atrocious! Wonder what you are actually paying for... Have you restarted/power cycled the network equipment (router/modem) lately?

We have had a lot of issues lately with Spectrum. We got a brand new router/modem last week and that was after the power cycle reset it was worse before.
