I'm thinking about doing exactly the same thing. Who ever gets it done first definitely needs to post their results.

It might be a couple weeks before I can do it since it's still freezing around here. Plus, going to St. Pete next weekend for the Indycar race. I will post photos once I get it done though.

The emblem is not dipped, it is wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl
