It might be time to break out the pitch forks and torches, because I'm here to let everyone down.

Ap0c and I were supposed to meet up and test fit the first prototypes, but there's no way I'm going to make it to my shop today. I'm really sorry to have to push back the project, but I'm hoping we'll be able to meet up next week to check for fitment. I really appreciate everyone's patience, and as soon as I'm up and running around again this will be my top priority.

Met up with Yospeed yesterday afternoon for fitting and he took more measurements and discussed a couple of ideas here's a pic of a mock cup cover. Again, this is not the final product but at least I want to give u an idea

Is not that hard right now because is not fitting flushed right now. I was wondering if having a small half circle at the bottom of the cover will make it easier to lift it up, any suggestions? I'm making mine with hinges so that I can move it to the side when I'm using it

Hinges would be awesome.
Or maybe a small strap connected to the underside that sticks out at the bottom...if you can visualize that
