they started it cause hospitals are absolutely screwed right now and if you kept the front line staff out for 10 days isolation I'td be worse. outside of hospitals there have been slow periods in the pandemic and everything, inside it hasnt actually let up for almost 2 years, everyone is rapidly approaching their breaking point.

people arent really joking anymore when they threaten to put me in scrubs and make me go do clinical work just to pick up some load, only thing stopping them is i have zero actual clinical training

Well, the suspension is planned in the Spring when I get my tax refund. So, spring.

I figure I’ve got $80k for the truck. It’s supercharged and only 40,000 miles.

Ticket Resolution Journal:

User states that they've received new Dell Latitude computer; Wishes to have it setup on campus network. Directed user to open box and deposit machine directly into waste bin to have it joined to the campus network. User asked how that would join the network, explained that the trash bin is actually a big ethernet port, and by plugging the whole computer into it, the user would get the fastest speeds on campus. User complied, closed ticket.

Machine Status has been updated from NEW to DECOMISSIONED SURPLUS.
 
Made it back to Canada. Costa Rica international air port was awful. Ever one had to check in at the baggage drop off, no online check ins. Plus had to pay $29 for each person for a departure tax that we had no idea about.
