It's no fun when dealers don't email you back.....all I'm trying to do is purchase one of their cars.

So I have not heard back after the second email. This is a dealership from Long Island, NY. Might give them a call tomorrow. They have a '14 Si that is lowered, right around 6k miles.....$18,500 asking price.

I have emailed and talking about price at a dealership outside of Cleveland. They have a '14 Si, all stock that is CPO.....$18,960. Trying to see if I can get that price as an out the door price.

Why dealerships far away?

They are the only 2 places with 2014 Sis under 19k.

After finding out that the 2014 Sis have the smart entry system, push start and the touch screen radio, I'm wanting to try and pick up a 2014.

Makes sense. Nothing in the MD/VA area?

what about seeing if you can negotiate a dealer down on a new '14 since they want to move the inventory? Last year when i was looking a dealer offered me a '13 Accord coupe ex-l v6 mt for 26 vs the msrp of 31

I don't think any local dealership will drop to my price. Might try to call around, wouldn't hurt to try.....

The Cleveland dealership has given me an OTD of $19,243.50.

^ This. It is the end of the year ;)

Come to Tri State area you will find 9th Si in any color you want for the right price.:wink1:

Apparently when a dealer gives you an OTD price you still need to add taxes......Fail! I told the Cleveland guy I was going to finance but I guess he forgot now that $19,243.50 will go up. Now I am waiting for him to give me the true number and some financing figures. I am pretty sure the number will be $20,638.65(which is 19243.50 * 7.25% NC tax).

The NY dealer gave me the OTD with taxes at $20,960.00. I was not getting replies back over the weekend due to the car having a deposit down but now that is gone since the potential buyer could not get approved.

Sooooooo.....I guess I am looking at $20638 or $20960. The flight to NY is $100 less and the car is lowered but the Cleveland car is a Honda Certified car. Both are same mileage and condition.

I could just say F it all!!! and wait.....lol

:yeahthat:

OTD means out the door with all fees and taxes included. God I hate shopping for a car online. It's even worse now since some sales guys are off due to the holidays.

I know.....friggin idiot.

When you go to a dealer in person, the sales people know nothing about the internet price. "really? that low??? let me speak with a manager"
