Official 'What did you do to your car today?' Thread

No so much what I did today, more like what I ordered today and will install shortly [emoji23]. New Headunit should be here tomorrow afternoon. Got a matching drivers side AC vent because my current trim is matte black instead of the brushed aluminum the new radio has. Also ordered some Moog Sway Bar Endlinks which are on their way! Well. Alternator just shat on me. I thought it was possible that the new radio was my cuplrit. So I unplugged it, started the car. And still. 12V at normal idle. Tested it at work, and 2 other parts stores. All showed the alternator was trashed. Taking it to Honda tomorrow to see what they say as far as the alternator and how much one from them would be. Fun.

That's why I didn't go through Honda lol. They were gonna charge me $50 just to test it, so I laughed and left. Luckily my store had an alternator and belt in stock. So I got a 95 amp instead of the 63 that was in there, and a new belt. $216 after my 20% employee discount. Just got done installing everything and it runs like a charm now!

Moog endlinks done today! Btw, don't come pregreased...omw somewhere to get one right now lol. I'll do a first impressions later when theyre greased.

Update: Noticeable difference, even on somewhat stock suspension. Steering feels a lot more responsive and not as twitchy as before. Highly recommend them! Advance online is the cheapest place rn, you can get 20% off online.

Nothing yet..I sold it to reduce debt cause I want to actually live and not live paycheck to paycheck..it sucks my dude. Probably gonna buy a $2-4K motorcycle cash while I wait for my debt to go down. It’s cheaper than a car for now
