Yeah...be easy on it. I've had three hairline fractures on my ankles from rolling them. It's dangerous stuff :P

Any arnica you can take or arnica gel you can put on it?

Do you remember the St. Jude event on 8th that I did...ended up tearing everything in my left foot? Crutches for 10 weeks. F M L

The bloody neighbors next to me are intoxicated again and out on the balcony swearing, yelling, slamming doors and just overall loud. They really don't want to mess with a chick who has been ill and has issues with sleep & fatigue as it is. :mad:

It's possible. It's more of an herbal way of healing things. I've used it before :)

Medicinal Uses and Indications:

They have no detectable amount of the plant in them and are generally considered safe for internal use when taken according to the directions on the product labeling.
 
This severe nausea tonight = horrible.
Having Thin Mints to combat it = AWESOME.

I think it's more than just cigarettes they're smoking over there. They're probably high and intoxicated.

Hey Ken, make sure you get one of those high rise toilets. if you bend too far you will dislocate your hip replacement.
