yep I'm working today also, had off Friday.
I hit 40 at work last Thursday at 9 am but had to stay there noon, so I had a wonderful 3.5 days off, came back today and there is nothing to do at work...

Funny because of our renegade evacuation of 8th to come here.
The MR2 is doing well so far. Haven't really gotten to play around on it yet, but will be starting this weekend. The plan is distributor rotor, cap, plugs, wires and oil this weekend. Next up will be coolant flush, but that won't be til next week or the following. That should be a fun challenge.
At this point, I feel the motor is in decent shape but I have to track down an oil leak. I haven't poked around at all enough to see if it is serious or not. The motor has good compression. It is a 2nd gen JDM swap with about 60k miles on it. There is some work to do on the car, but it will be a great little project for me. It's nice to actually be able to dig into something. It certainly needs some TLC right away, so a good interior detail will be very soon.

We went to an autocross yesterday where I saw a boosted "honduh twothawsund" at 20psi that sat herrafrush. It was funny because he was probably one of the fastest cars out there with the slowest times.
One of the guys who puts on the auto-cross each month approached the subie crowd to find out why and how so many of us are hearing about it/ showing up. We are in works with them to have our own auto-x day monthly. Now that'd be awesome!
I played a bit with the MR2 this weekend. I am gaining confidence in it. I will be raising it a bit and putting on the spare set of 17s that came with it. The stock 14s suck! I need to put a catch can on to see if it eliminates some smoke I'm getting (new turbo, so I know it's not that). A few suspension goodies and I will be on the track. There is an instructional day at the auto-x that a few of us are going to try to participate in. Hopefully I have the car ready to roll by then.

My WRX is at Subaru, so I auto-x'd a '12 Impreza CVT. It wasn't very good, but needed the seat time
