I'm not seeing a resource like edmunds/truecar for canada to see prices others are paying in your area....

I got one for everybody, I bought a 2012 Civic Si Coupe for $22,500 out the door last month and today I just bought a 2012 Civic LX Sedan for 17,500 out the door, will post some pictures of them once I wash and detail the cars my way :)
 
Today I bought a PMM FB6, no nav, all season tires. Included window tint, wheel locks, trunk tray, pinstripe, nitrogen, paint sealer, fabric protection, and 3rd party lifetime powertrain warranty at no extra charge.

MSRP: $23,175 ($24,844 with dealer add-ons)
Cash Price: $21,893
Trade Allowance: $2,300
Taxable Amount: $19,593
Sales Tax (6.25%): $1,225
Fees: $307
Total Amount Financed: $21,125
Monthly Payment (1.9% for 60 mos.): $370

Now to get rid of this pinstripe...
 
Bought 2012 Honda Civic EX in TX. Paid 19000$ + Title + Tax = 20,500$ which includes standard accessories. Its Crimson Black with stripes. So far I love the car.

You're gonna have to do the math on this one. (20,000 - 400) / 1.0625 = car purchase price with options.

Traded in my 2009 LX sedan with 19,432 miles and $4,987 out the door for my 2012 LX coupe and got to keep my 2012 SI wheels & tires i had on the 2009.

If your credit is good enough, some will do 90. The rate, normally, absoutely skyrockets when you go to 84 months and beyond. Teir 1 with Toyota is 3.49 for 72, you go up to 84 and its 5.89
 
Yeah, that's a long time to finance... especially on a vehicle that is going down in value each year
